After a beautiful screening in Berkeley, CA at the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery, I am currently in ShangHai, China on my way to Xian and Tibet to bring to the monks there a copy of ‘Got the facts on Milk?’ – The Milk Documentary and speak about the perils of milk and dairy. China has rapidly increased it’s milk and dairy consumption in the past few years – it is quite scary to think that in about 5 years time they are going to experience diseases only seen in western cultures. Sad that they are moving away from their original diet.
